setiap KAP harus memiliki independensi dalam melakukan proses audit, KAP yang ditunjuk oleh PT Indofarma dalam hal ini tidak memperlihatkan adanya independensi dalam melakukan audit, dimana KAP tersebut tidak dapat memberikan suatu opini terhadap suatu laporan tanda persetujuan direksi.
