Populasi penelitian ini adalah project manager atau pimpinan proyek pada perusahaan kontraktor Kota Surabaya kelas menengah hingga besar yang tergabung di GAPENSI dengan pengalaman perusahaan bidang konstruksi bangunan bertingkat dan penggunaan komponen pracetak.
