Jumlah sasaran strategi yang disusu

Jumlah sasaran strategi yang disusun berdasarkan konsep BSC UNTAD adalah 17 sasaran strategi dengan 75 KPI. Penetapan target dan inisiatif strategis dilakukan berdasarkan Renstra UNTAD 2015-2020, standar BAN-PT dan diskusi mendalam dengan pihak unit kerja. Penentuan prioritas sasaran strategi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ANP yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan software Super Decision versi 2.0.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perspektif pelanggan berada pada prioritas nomor satu yaitu 0.300 kemudian perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan 0.285, perpektif proses bisnis internal 0.212 dan terakhir perspektif keuangan 0.203.

The number of target strategy drawn up based on the concept of the BSC UNTAD was 17 goals strategy with 75 KPIS. The setting of targets and strategic initiatives undertaken based on Renstra UNTAD 2015-2020, the standard BAN-PT and in-depth discussions with the work unit. Determination of the priority objectives of the strategy is carried out using the method of processing carried out with the ANP software Super Decision version 2.0.8. The results of this research show perspective customers are on our number one priority, namely 0300 later learning and growth perspective 0285, theorist of internal business processes and the financial perspectives last 0212 0203.

Prioritization of strategic objectives done using a method which is processing performed by the ANP Super Decision software version 2.0.8. The results of this study indicate the customer's perspective is the number one priority is 0.300 then 0.285 perspective of learning and growth, internal business process perspective 0212 and 0203 the last financial perspective.
