Tahun 2015 saat SDT  terbentuk, para pemegang saham transfer dana ke SDT, tapi pada saat pembuatan akta pendirian SDT, nama pemegang saham yang tercantum adalah nama perusahaan lain, dan bukan nama A, sampai pada akhirnya di bentuklah perusahaan baru yaitu SDI dengan nama pemegang saham atas nama pribadi (A dan lainnya). Pada tahun 2016, barulah dana yg masuk ke SDT di transfer ke SDI. SDT dan SDI adalah dua perusahaan yg berbeda, kepemilikan saham A hanya pada PT SDI.

By 2016, the influent to the TSP funds transferred to the SDI. TSP and SDI are two different companies, share ownership in PT only A SDI.
