Sebagai pribadi memang emosinya masih belum memuaskan, dimana ia terkadang terpancing situasi. Kepemimpinannya juga kurang kuat. Dalam membuat keputusan ia lama dan butuh masukan serta motivasi dari orang lain. Namun dalam kesehariannya, ia dapat membaur dan bergaul dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Terlihat dalam hal ini ia juga sudah memiliki pemahaman yang baik pada aturan dan norma yang berlaku. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
