Sauyunan berarti babarengan atau bersama-sama. artinya ketika ada suatu hal yang harus dirundingkan harus dimusyawarahkan secara bersama-sama. tidak ada pihak yang dominan, artinya semua individu anggota masyarakat kampung Cikareumbi memiliki hal dan kewajiban yang sama dalam membangun dan mengembangkan kampung Cikareumbi beserta kearifan lokalnya. Sapikiran artinya memiliki kesamaan pikiran, kesamaan rasa, kesamaan tujuan, yaitu untuk membangun Kampung Cikareumbi untuk lebih baik. Gotong royong merupakan bentuk kata kerja yang berarti tidak adanya salah satu pihak yang tidak terlibat dalam proses pelaksanaan suatu hal tersebut, dalam hal ini, prosesi ritual ruwatan lembur kampung Cikareumbi, desa Sadang, Lembang, menurut hasil penelitian, antusiasme serta partisipasi masyarakat dalam rangkaian acara ruwatan lembur justru meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.
