Data primer jawaban responden hasil survey seperti terlihat pada tabel diatas dan lampiran, ada 36 faktor pendukung dan 17 faktor penghambat dimasukkan dalam SPSS. Kemudian dilakukan proses reliability analysis SPSS untuk masing-masing input yaitu ada 53 macam input, berarti ada 53 proses reliability analysis SPSS. Dari hasil keluaran (output) dari proses reliability analysis SPSS dapat dilihat pada lampiran, terlihat bahwa pada kolom Corrected Item-Total Correlation untuk masing-masing butir pertanyaan valid memiliki nilai positif dan lebih besar dari r tabel. Kecuali untuk butir pertanyaan bernilai kurang dari r tabel, dianggap tidak valid sehingga tidak diikutkan dalam proses selanjutnya atau dibuang.
