Kebijakan mengenai urusan keagrariaan pada masa pemerintahan Orde Baru ini mulai diabaikan dan ditinggalkan. Pemerintahan Orde Baru justru membuka peluang semakin meluasnya ketidakteraturan penatagunaan serta kepemilikan tanah dan pengelolaan sumber-sumber agraria di Indonesia. Peraturan perundang-undangan yang dapat menarik minat investor asing untuk berusaha dan menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia mulai banyak diundangkan dan tentu hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi pola pengelolaan sumber-sumber agraria di Indonesia. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa sebuah perusahaan akan membutuhkan lahan dan mengelola sumber agraria lain untuk kegiatan perusahaannya. Oleh karena itu, kesempatan masuknya investor asing dengan leluasa ke Indonesia akan mengganggu kegiatan landreform yang telah dilakukan, meski landreform belum sepenuhnya selesai dan berhasil.

Policies concerning the Affairs of the keagrariaan during the reign of the new order began to be neglected and abandoned. The Government of the new order thus opening opportunities widespread irregularity penatagunaan as well as land ownership and management of agrarian resources in Indonesia. Legislation that can attract foreign investors to try and infuse capital in Indonesia is starting numerous enacted and of course it will affect the patterns of management of agrarian resources in Indonesia. As it known that a company would need to manage land and agrarian resources for another activity. Therefore, the chance of an influx of foreign investors to Indonesia freely will disrupt activities landreform has done, though not yet fully completed and landreform successfully.

The policy concerning agrarian affairs during the New Order government began neglected and abandoned. New Order government provides an opportunity for the widespread irregularities and the ownership of land stewardship and management of agrarian resources in Indonesia. Legislation that could attract foreign investors to try and invest in Indonesia started many enacted and certainly it will affect the pattern of management of agrarian resources in Indonesia. As we know that a company would require land and other agricultural resources to manage its activities. Therefore, the entry of foreign investors the opportunity freely to Indonesia would disrupt land reform activities that have been carried out, although the reform has not been fully completed and successful.
