Kampung budaya Sindang Barang terletak di Bogor dan merupakan salah satu tempat kunjungan wisata budaya yang keberadaannya berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat disekitar kawasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kegiatan pariwisata di kampung budaya Sindang Barang terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara terhadap 15 responden yang berada disekitar kampung budaya dan yang berada jauh dari kampung budaya. Diperoleh bahwa masyarakat yang berada dekat dengan kampung budaya lebih sejahtera dalam hal peningkatan pendapatan dan pendidikan. Perbaikan aksesibilitas jalan secara tidak langsung memberikan peluang bagi masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kampung budaya sindang barang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dikawasan pariwisata. Perlu peningkatan jumlah responden yang diwawancarai dan pengelola disarankan agar memfasilitasi dan ikut mempromosikan masyarakat setempat yang sebagian besar ahli dalam pembuatan sepatu sehingga mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat. Penelitian terkait dampak keberadaan kampung wisata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat relatif kurang dikaji sehingga penelitian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi pihak pengelola kawasan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk mengembangkan kampung wisata dan bagi masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar kawasan.

Kampung Sindang Cultural Goods is located in Bogor and is one of the tourist culture whose existence had an impact on the well-being of the community surrounding the area. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of tourism activities in kampung Sindang cultural goods against the welfare of the community. The research was carried out using the method of interview against 15 respondents exist around the kampung culture and who are far away from the village culture. Obtained that communities located close to the hometown more prosperous culture in terms of an increase in income and education. Accessibility improvements to the way indirectly provide opportunities for the community in improving the welfare of so it can be inferred that the kampung sindang goods cultural influence on the improvement of community welfare come within tourism. Need to increase the number of respondents who were interviewed and the Manager recommended that facilitate and promote local community that most experts in the making of the shoe so that it is able to improve the welfare of the whole community. Research related to the impact of the existence of tourism towards the welfare of the community is relatively less studied so that this research is very useful for the person who manages the area in taking decisions to develop tourism and for the people who live around the area.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tourism activities in the cultural village Sindang Goods to the welfare of society.
